Okay, so this happened last month, but we just found out that we got an on-air shout-out from consumer Troubleshooter Howard Ain, over on Cincinnati's WKRC LOCAL 12 newscast.
When Mr. Ain isn't zeroing in on scams, recalls and consumer fraud, he occasionally likes to single out a company that's trying to do better by its customers than the competition. So while he's always been a healthy skeptic of extended warranties himself, he also pointed out we've got "a satisfactory rating with the Better Business Bureau" and linked to us on his GET IT RIGHT NOW website.
