We did it! A million warranties sold!
It's a huge milestone for us, and we couldn't have done it without all our fans. So thanks for talking about us, blogging about us, posting about us, and for coming back to us for all your electronics warranties. We like to think it's because we make warranties that make sense.
To what do we owe our recent growth spurt? I think it's a combination of things:
- First and foremost, we really do care about our customers and want them to be happy. We genuinely like approving claims and getting people out of sticky situations. When you handle things that way, word gets around.
- We're almost always cheaper than other options. No explanation needed.
- We're becoming the go-to source for warranties on electronic items that people buy in retail stores. We're not just for online shopping anymore. People are starting to get the hang of the fact that we're almost always cheaper, and they're saying no to the store warranties because of that. Then they're coming to us to protect their items when they get home. Smart!
- We're the only available legit iPhone warranty that has an option to protect against accidental damage from handling. We're getting a lot of buzz about it and it has introduced us to a lot of new fans and friends.
