2ND Lt. of the US Army, Matthew Frank from Toms River, NJ is currently service in Afghanistan. In this photo, he shows us he’s Good Again after his GPS watch was damaged on a route watch.
Katie, his wife back home, called SquareTrade and spoke with SF agent, Betty Chow. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, Betty knew that simply paying out the claim would be too long a wait time – so to ensure he had as little downtime as possible, SquareTrade sent a replacement directly to him in Afghanistan.
