SF Color Factory: Volunteer Day

Reading Time: 2 minutes

SquareTrade HQ is located downtown San Francisco in the SOMA district, a hustling bustling tech-friendly, art-friendly piece of the city that’s just a few blocks from Union Square. That’s where, for two months of 2017, between the department stores, antique jewelers and couture flagship stores, lived the Color Factory.

Part art-installation, part Willy Wonka, each room in the Color Factory was dedicated to a different color and different “thing to do” based on that color. On a Thursday morning in September, six SquareTraders met six clients from Pace Solano for a journey through a rainbow of good times.

“What an amazing day for our clients to get away from the day-to-day routine and do something really unique!” said Summyr Fien, Pace Instructor. “We don’t often get to venture into the City, especially for a once-in-a-lifetime museum. SquareTrade gave us a super fun hands-on, sensory filled experience! The added bonus was the amazing SquareTrade employees who provided one-on-one support so that everyone had their own unique experience!”

Big shout-out to Summyr and Pace from everyone at SquareTrade. What a great day!
