Last month, we broke the news on our Facebook page that we were finalists in the Shorty Awards for the Best Use of Social Media for Customer Service, competing against OnStar, Chobani, BlackBerry & Globe Telecom. Now, we’re proud to announce that SquareTrade is the winner of the Shorty Award’s Best Use of Social Media for Customer Service. Woohoo!
