Bang! Pow! Boom! Kapow! What’s that? It’s the sound of our Customer Care agents being awesome on the phone. To celebrate these hard workers, the Service Hero Awards were held. Here’s a list of the lucky winners. Have you spoken to any of them on the phone?
Q4 Award Winners
The Green Lantern Award: Chris C.–the customers voted and he won!

The Tempo Award: Ana C., for her stellar attendance.

Captain America Award: Joseph A., for providing the highest level of service.

Captain Marvel Award: Alex C., who goes above and beyond, every time. (you might also remember him from volunteering with the SPCA.)
