On March 28th, we officially launched our newest SquareTrade location in Orlando with a ceremonial ribbon cutting that brought the Governor of Florida, the Mayor of Orange County and our CEO into town.
Our newest office is already buzzing with activity with more than 120 employees full-time employees filling the beautiful office space. The space was even more lively that morning with so many guests and excited employees.
Our CEO, Ahmed Khaishgi, kicked off the event with a quick speech about the growth of the company and the excitement over the latest office addition. Immediately following, the Governor began his remarks but not without presenting Ahmed with a medal to commemorate the nearly 200 jobs the company will add to the city’s workforce by the end of the year. After a couple more short speeches it was time to cut the ceremonial ribbon, which was held by four of our already high-performing specialists.
Though the event itself was short the excitement of this new addition has not worn off.We’re excited about our new Orlando home and growing there for many years to come.
