Last week, SquareTrade’s marketing team took an afternoon break from all things work for a day of team building fun!
This time around, the SquareTrade gang diced their way in to the culinary world for a summer Italian cooking outing where we learned how to julienne, chop, pound, stuff, and work with an amazing array of flavors and textures. What was on the menu? All kinds of yummy stuff.
First, the crew got busy making prosciutto, arugula & melon salad rolls to start.
Next, we chopped a bunch of colorful veggies for a Mediterranean orzo salad.
For the main dish, we got our hands dirty and created a fabulous chicken with prosciutto, spinach & fontina.
Finally because dessert was too tasty, we do not have any actual photos of the chocolate-hazelnut gelato we made. It was gone in seconds! Bummer, but we did enjoy a little wine.
At the end of the day, we’re happy to report that no one was injured in the making of this meal AND all our dishes were actually quite good. SquareTrade and friends, meet your next Food Network stars!
Special thanks to Emily Dellas for showing us how to master the kitchen!
